Damp & Seal integrates 3 functions in one single component. It pneumatically decelerates the piston movement towards the end of stroke by throttling the exhaust air, functions as a mechanical cushioning ring in the end position, and statically seals between barrel and cylinder end-cap. Due to its sophisticated design and the use of resilient, high-grade materials, Damp & Seal absorbs reliably and with minimum noise the impact of the piston at the end of stroke.
